By using westholidayinsurance.net (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old to request a quote or submit information through the Site.

West Holiday Insurance is an independent insurance agency located at 6905 W 4th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33014, whose agents are licensed by the Florida Department of Financial Services. As an independent agency, we work with several insurance companies ("carriers"); we do not issue policies ourselves. Products and carriers available to you depend on your eligibility, your location and each carrier’s rules.

• Submitting a form does not create an insurance policy or bind coverage. No coverage is in force until a carrier accepts your application and you receive confirmation of coverage (a binder or policy) from us or the carrier.
• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to the carrier’s underwriting review, verification of your information and final approval. Prices and availability may change.
• The carrier, not our agency, decides whether to offer coverage and at what price. The terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of your coverage are those stated in the policy issued by the carrier.
• Do not cancel any existing policy until your new coverage is confirmed in writing.

You agree to provide true, complete and current information, and to submit only information about yourself or about people who have authorized you to do so (for example, members of your household). Incomplete or inaccurate information may change your price, delay your coverage or, under Florida law, allow a carrier to deny a claim or cancel a policy.

The content of the Site (including coverage descriptions, frequently asked questions and articles) is for general information only and does not change the terms of any policy. Every situation is different: please talk to one of our licensed agents about your specific needs before making a decision.

By submitting a form or giving us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your request and your policies by phone call, text message, WhatsApp or email, including at the mobile number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Our SMS Terms explain our text-message program. You also agree to receive notices and documents electronically.

West Holiday Insurance is a private insurance agency. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the federal government, Medicare, Medicaid or the Health Insurance Marketplace®. We may not offer every plan available in your area; for a complete list of plans, you can visit HealthCare.gov or call the Marketplace.

Carrier names and logos shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the companies we work with; their display does not mean that any carrier endorses this Site. Links to other websites (such as Google, WhatsApp, Instagram or carrier portals) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, practices or availability.

Reviews shown on the Site come from real customers on Google. Each experience is individual and does not guarantee a particular result or price.

The Site and its content, including text, design, photographs, logos and the West Holiday Insurance name, belong to West Holiday Insurance or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false information or information about others without their permission; send spam or automated submissions; use robots, scrapers or other automated means to access or copy the Site; try to interfere with its security or operation; or upload malicious code.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". This section does not limit any duty we owe you as your insurance agent under Florida law or any right that cannot be waived by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless West Holiday Insurance and its owners, employees and agents from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

We want everyone to be able to use our Site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date; your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
