SMS Terms

West Holiday Insurance sends text messages (SMS/MMS) and WhatsApp messages to customers and people who request information from us. Messages are about your quote requests, applications, policies, payments, renewals, documents, claims and appointments. We only send promotional messages if you have separately agreed to receive them.

You agree to receive text messages when you give us your mobile number and accept our terms on a quote or contact form on this Site, when you text us first, or when you ask one of our agents to contact you by text. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies depending on your requests and your policies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message. We will send you one final message to confirm, and you will not receive more text messages from us unless you sign up again. To stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP in the chat or block our number.

Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (305) 828-5655, Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Our messages work with major U.S. mobile carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and your device.

Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are never shared, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We use them only to communicate with you as described here and in our Privacy Policy. For your security, we will never ask for passwords or your full Social Security number by text message.
